Learning Path 2.1: How Ideas-Shared Works
Ideas-Shared works by bringing individuals, informal groups, and organisations together to progress ambitions through structured everyday activities. Anyone can start something. Others can get involved. Progress is made through participation and completed actions. This works across personal, professional, and societal areas.

Ambition
Everything starts with your ambitions – the change you want to see.
Capture them in the Ambition Register and return to them whenever you’re ready to take action.
Activity Listing
From the Ambition Register, select activity type(s) and post an Activity Listing. This is the signal that gathers people around your ambition. View current activity listings on the Global Hub.
Build Teams
Bring the people, groups, and organisations who resonate with your activity listing together into discussion groups and delivery teams so that progress can continue.
Tasks
Complete each of your activities by planning and executing tasks. Work with your teams to determine the best way to proceed.
Outcome
Ambitions and activities focus on three types of outcome:
Make Others Aware
Stop What Needs Stopping
Co-Create New Realities
Members determine the value and benefit unlocked with each activity completed, and ultimate ambition realised.
Result
Every ambition, activity, and task produces results.
If outcomes are not what you expected, pivot, adjust direction, or pursue a different activity type.
This is a simple, repeatable way to work with others to deliver the personal, professional, and societal changes and improvements you want to see happen.

Progress is created through participation. The more people contribute, the more clarity builds, and the easier it becomes to move things forward. Activities remain visible and can be supported over time. Create an activity or get involved in one that matters to you.
